Isaiah 40:22 Supports both the spherical earth and the expanding universe:
It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth (SPHERICAL EARTH), and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in(EXPANDING UNIVERSE):
I'm not against anyone who does, but I don't think there is any conspiracy about the shape of the earth, the Bible supports the standard views here in my understanding, I definatley don't believer the earth is flat, I have seen atheists mock Christianity claiming that the Bible teaches a flat earth when, in fact, it teaches the opposite.
