Eastwood Rust Converter Gallon - Prevent & Stop Rusting: Automotive. DIRECTIONS: Please read entire label before using this products. Eastwood's Rust Converter halts residual rust in its tracks and converts the surface to a black protective polymeric coating. This protective coating seals out moisture and can be top coated with most paints. This single component converter can be sprayed or brush applied. One gallon covers about 200-300 square feet, one quart covers about 50 to 75 square feet. Surface Preparation: Use a wire brush or sandpaper to remove all loose rust and scale.
