Rugged Ridge 11540.10 Textured Black Front Bumper Base with Winch Mount: Automotive. Each Short Base includes two protected cut outs for your JK's factory fog lamps. The XHD (Extreme Heavy Duty) Short Base comes in two designs; Integrated Winch Mount for use with almost any aftermarket winch (including the new Warn Power Plant with optional mounting blocks #11540.15) and Light Mount Base with two light mounting locations. The Short Base attaches quickly to the frame with two enclosed D-Ring mounting brackets. This four bolt frame mount design provides the toughest bumper attachment found anywhere while creating two overbuilt pull points. This bumper mounts close in on the frame rails, drawing the bumper closer to the body and increasing the approach angle. The narrow overall width gives enormous clearance for the front tires. Built in euro-guards protect the fog lamps from the elements while creating an easy mounting point.
