View larger Square Bars for Custom Thule Rack Creation The Thule product line of square load bars allows users to create their own custom roof rack solution that is tailored to the specific needs and dimensions of their vehicle. The bars are sold in pairs and come in a variety of lengths, including: 50, 58, 65 inch and 78. Constructed of cold rolled, galvanized steel with welded seams, they are designed for maximum strength and long life. The bars are compatible with a wide variety of Thule foot packs (sold separately), including: 450 Traverse, 300 Rain Gutter, 480 Traverse, 430 Tracker II and the 460 Podium. The bars are made of galvanized steel coated with a tough polyethylene material for long lasting durability and to seal out rust. The ends of bars can be sealed with end caps (sold separately) to keep out moisture and lessen wind noise.
