Mash Tuns include a false bottom and a high quality 3 inch Brew-Zone Custom Brewing thermometer All SS. The 18-gauge stainless steel false-bottom features a perforation of 3/32 holes on 5/32 centers. This is considered standard commercial sizing. If the perforation is smaller you risk stuck mashes when using flaked grains or high percentages of wheat - especially when using a pump to recirculate the mash.
