And you can make rich sauces and gravies all in one pan, as Calphalon’s Unison roaster is safe for use on stovetops with gas, electric coil burners and ceramic/glass cook tops. It should not be used, however, on induction cook tops. Use nylon, wooden, and coated utensils when cooking, and non-abrasive pads and liquid detergents when cleaning.
