Serve ice cold for a clean, refreshing taste that has passed the test of time. Cowboy Golden Lager with Booster -- This recipe has all the ingredients you need to make a pale gold lager with extraordinary hop flavor and smoothness. Each refill includes 1 hopped malt extract (HME), dry brewing yeast, Booster (for adding alcohol content) and One-Step sanitizing cleanser (alcohol content of a standard refill is 3.7 percent). The 2-gallon fermenter is made from FDA-compliant plastic, which leaves no taste or flavor migration. The 8 reusable plastic bottles are made from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) plastic, and they come complete with screw caps and labels.
