This complete kit provides the tools needed for making great-tasting jerky at home in about four hours. The large jerky gun features a stainless-steel trigger, a ratchet bar, and a see-through meat chamber that can hold up to a pound of ground meat, which will yield approximately a half pound of jerky after dehydration.
