These kettles are of outstanding quality. They are assembled by Polar Ware, and feature a stainless steel ball valve at the bottom of the kettle with a 1/2 inch female thread outlet. Add the optional stainless false bottom and you have an excellent mash/lauter tun.Made from 304 18-8 gauge stainless steel.
