The mister features a BPA free, sterilizable glass reservoir with a patented filtering system. Spray a light mist of oil directly on meats, fish and vegetables for grilling. Or, use the mister when baking to lightly grease cookie sheets or baking pans. Because the Prepara oil mister is a non-aerosol sprayer (it operates without additional chemicals, simply pump the clear cap to create air pressure), it is better for your health and the environment. Add your favorite oils and ingredients, if desired. Ingredient ideas include: dried rosemary, dried chilies, and peppercorns. (For best results, Prepara suggests using only dried ingredients or commercially prepared infused oils.) Replace cover and tighten until snug. Use clear cap to pump air into the mister (approximately 7 pumps). Release surplus pressure in the mister after use for storage. (Pressure can be released by simply unscrewing the cover slightly to release the pressurized air.) Remove green plunger and add water to base reservoir. Place herb savor in your fridge.
