Progressive International 4-piece Dough Press Set: Kitchen & Dining. Spoon filling into the center, moisten the edges of the round for a proper seal, fold the press, and--bingo!--out comes a uniformly crimped pastry ready for steaming, frying, or baking. These simple devices (why didn't I think of that!) create pretty, as-easy-as-pie pastries. On one side of a press is a beveled edge for cutting rounds from rolled-out dough. Turn the press over, place the dough round on the sealing teeth, and pat it into the concave form. Instructions and basic recipes included.
