Tide Clock Movement Replacement Precisly Tracks Local Atlantic Ocean Tidal Changes and its tributaries: Home & Kitchen. Our dials can be made from 6 inch to 10 inch inches in diameter and made of quality photo card stock. TIDE MOVEMENT This unique movement is geared to track tidal area's anywhere along the Atlantic Ocean and it's tributaries. It will also track parts of the Gulf. Excellent for Fishing, Crabbing, Boat launching and surfing. This special geared movement works off a 12:24 minute rotation. It tracks four tide changes in a 24:50 time period. Pacific Ocean Tide changes are unable to be tracked using a Tide movement. This is due to the irregular daily tidal changes, therefore a geared movement could not track them accurately.
