This modernized three-season parka offers Columbia's Zip-in, 3-point interchange system with a bulletproof waterproof-breathable shell over an exceptionally warm Omni-heat zip-in liner. The convertible jacket can be worn three ways: with the waterproof shell and liner zipped in--for the full force of winter-weather armor; streamlined down to the waterproof shell on rainy days and in temperate weather; or, with the Omni-heat thermal liner as a lightweight insulating jacket. Guaranteed to keep you dry, inside and out, Columbia's Omni-tech microporous coating on the shell simultaneously keeps exterior moisture out, while allowing interior moisture to escape. Interior airflow is further supported by the underarm zippered venting. Full seam sealing completes the watertight package. Meanwhile, the Omni-heat liner utilizes small silver dots that reflect body heat back into the parka, making this breathable lining 20 percent warmer than standard liners. Slope ready, the Bugaboo Tech includes a removable, adjustable storm hood, goggle and media pockets, a micro-chamois chin guard, articulated elbows, and a dropped tail.
