We came up with the idea for the Wedge during a training run when all I needed was an 8oz FuelBelt bottle and a gel packet. I tucked the bottle between the elastic band of my run shorts and my lower back/butt. It provides you with the ultimate hands-free/waist-free experience, but still allows you to carry several ounces of fluids with you for that quick run.
