A Kotobukiya Japanese import. From Shining Hearts, the most recent release in the Shining inch series, comes the spirited ice magic witch and tsundere inch character, MELTY. Known for her seclusion and ice cream attacks, the young girl appears here based on original character designs by famed artist Tony Taka. Melty wears her unique outfit consisting of a very short dress with puffy skirt, thigh high stockings (with garters), and long gloves, all of which are a very cool black with white crisscrossed bands and buttons. On her head she wears an enormous witch's hat in matching colors, and like her skirt it has a pink, ruffled lace underside. The adorable Melty is posed with her feet spread and hands up, while her face is caught in a big smile as her purple eyes spy the target of her affections.
