Clarke's Bible Commentary - Ezekiel 41:2 Verse 2. The breadth of the door] This was the door, or gate, of the sanctuary, (see gates 3, in the plan,) and this doorway was filled up with folding gates. The measurements are exactly the same as those of Solomon's temple. See 1 Kings vi. 2, 17.

After the prophet had observed the courts, he was brought to the temple. If we attend to instructions in the plainer parts of religion and profit by them, we shall be led further into an acquaintance with the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven __________________________________________________________________
