Thick clouds are a covering to him, so that he doesn't see. He walks on the vault of the sky.'

Douay-Rheims - Job 22:14

The clouds are his covert, and he doth not consider our things, and he walketh about the poles of heaven.

SEV Biblia, Chapter 22:14

Las nubes son su escondedero, y no ve; y por el cerco del cielo se pasea.

Clarke's Bible Commentary - Job 22:14

Verse 14. He walketh in the circuit of
heaven ] He confines himself to those infinitely exalted regions and cares nothing for the inhabitants of the earth.

Matthew Henry Commentary

Verses 5-14 - Eliphaz brought heavy charges against Job, without reason for his
accusations, except that Job was visited as he supposed God alway visited every wicked man. He charges him with oppression, and that he did harm with his wealth and power in the time of his prosperity.
